Doing this will help keep your mind off of the fact that you&#8217;re exercising, and before you know it you&#8217;ve walked several miles!</p>
<p>Be sure to use good athletic walking or running shoes when using a treadmill just as if you were walking outdoors. Good shoes will protect your joints from wear and tear and damage. As you increase the speed and distance on your treadmill, you&#8217;ll begin to notice a trimmer waist line as well as increased muscle mass. Use some hand weights for an added workout for the arms.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s good to try and work out for at least 45 minutes per day, and at least five days per week in order to see results. Once you make it part of your daily routine, you will find that treadmill workouts are fun and easy to do. Look for some tips and tricks to working out on the treadmill online or in fitness magazines. You can incorporate several different methods to working out including a walk-run combination that keeps the heart pumping.</p>
